Cancellation

Students may cancel their enrollment before receiving access to the course by contacting our support team.

Refund Policy

• Once course access has been granted or digital content has been delivered, fees are generally non-refundable.
• Refund requests submitted before course access is provided may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• If a duplicate payment or an incorrect amount is charged due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after enrollment.
• Failure to complete the course.
• Failure to attend live sessions.
• Lack of internet connectivity or device compatibility.
• Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
